The vehicle does not have to be registered in your name. The name on the title and the name on registration documents often differ. Contact our processing center at 1-877-957-2277 for more information.
Can I sell my car without a title in Oregon?
A title is required to sell a car in Oregon, but the odometer disclosure requirement is dependent on the vehicle’s age. If it is under 20 years old, you must include in the odometer disclosure.
